Your account

Your login is yours alone — not your assistant's, not another agent's. You may be signed in on one device at a time; signing in somewhere new signs you out everywhere else. Never share your sign-in code. If you think someone else has been in your account, tell your admin the same day.

What gets recorded

InnoSnap records what you do: which tool, when, from which connection and device, and whether it worked. It does not record what you write — not your AI Coach conversations, not your prompts or captions, not your clients' recordings. Admins can see this; other agents cannot. You can ask to see your own record at any time.

AI-edited photos and video

Virtual staging, twilight conversion, decluttering, grass greening, and generated walkthroughs change what the property looks like. Any AI-altered image or video must be clearly disclosed as digitally edited or virtually staged wherever it is published — MLS, social, flyers, listing presentations. Know your MLS's rules; they are stricter than social platforms. Never use an altered photo to represent current condition, and never edit away a defect. Keep the original. Tell your seller. If you're unsure whether an edit needs disclosing, disclose it.

Fair Housing

Everything you publish from InnoSnap is advertising, and all Fair Housing rules apply. AI writes fast and has no judgment — you are the judgment. Read every caption before it goes out. Describe the property, not the people.

What you upload

By uploading something you confirm you have the right to use it. MLS photos are usually licensed to the listing brokerage, not to you personally, and photographer images usually belong to the photographer. Don't assume — check.

Client testimonials

Ask before you send the link. Never record anyone without their knowledge — California and several other states require everyone's consent. First names only. Use their words as they said them. If a client asks you to take it down, remove it everywhere it was posted.

You are responsible for what you publish

The AI drafts; you decide. It can be confidently wrong about square footage or a market figure. Check every fact against the actual listing — your licence is on the post, not the software's. Nothing here is legal, tax, appraisal, or financial advice, and market figures are estimates rather than a CMA or appraisal.

Client information

Only enter client information where the job needs it; it is processed by outside AI services in order to work. Never paste social security or account numbers, dates of birth, full contract terms, or anything under an NDA into a prompt or a Coach chat.

Access can be turned off

Access may be suspended or ended at any time — most often when someone leaves the company, but also if these terms are broken. Activity records may be kept afterward.

Who owns this app

InnoSnap AI is owned and operated by Junior Perez, who built the software, the backend, and the AI instructions behind every tool. Innovate Realty and its agents are granted access to use it. That access is a permission, not a transfer — using InnoSnap for company business, on company listings, during company hours, gives neither the brokerage nor any agent ownership of the software. The marketing you create with it is yours. The tool that made it is not.

You may not copy the app or its page source, extract or share its AI prompts, rebuild it or help anyone rebuild it, or give access to anyone who isn't an active Innovate Realty agent. This continues to apply after you leave the company.
